Who is Halcyon Forge suited for?

We work with Malaysian SME owner-managers, typically running businesses between MYR 2 million and MYR 30 million in annual turnover. Our work tends to suit owners who have built something real and want a considered outside perspective — rather than those seeking rapid-turnaround prescriptions.

How long does an engagement typically take?

It depends on the service. A Business Health Review is usually completed within two to three weeks. Next-Stage Planning Advisory runs over six to eight weeks. An Owner Advisory Session is a single two-hour engagement, typically arranged within a week or two of your enquiry.

What does the process look like from first contact?

We begin with a short written exchange — you share a little about your business and what's on your mind, and we respond within two working days to suggest how we might work together. If it feels like a good fit, we schedule an initial conversation before any engagement begins.

Is the information I share kept confidential?

Yes. We treat all client information with care and discretion. We do not share details of client engagements with third parties, and we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement at the outset if that gives you added comfort.

Can I start with an advisory session before committing to a longer engagement?

Absolutely. Many of our clients begin with an Owner Advisory Session to work through a specific question, and then decide whether a more extended engagement makes sense. There is no expectation to proceed further after a single session.
