How We Work

Our consulting approach, briefly explained.

We begin every engagement with a written exchange β€” a short note from the client about what is on their mind, and a response from us about how we might work together. This is not a sales call. It is the start of the thinking process.

Sessions are structured and prepared. We do not arrive at conversations unprepared and call it discovery. We read, we think, and we come with specific questions and observations. The client's time is respected accordingly.

Deliverables are written, plain, and owned by the client. We do not produce dense reports that require interpretation. We produce documents a thoughtful business person can read in forty-five minutes and take action from.

A standalone confidential session for SME owners navigating a specific question: a hiring decision, a partnership possibility, a family business consideration. Before the session we exchange a short written brief and any background you find helpful.

The session itself, lasting two hours, is held with care and without pressure. A short written note follows, capturing the key points of our conversation and any suggestions you asked for. Additional sessions can be scheduled as needed.
